HSE University has hosted the signing of cooperation agreements with two Iranian universities—Allameh Tabataba’i University (ATU) and the University of Isfahan (UI). Delegations from the universities led by ATU President Abdollah Motamedi and UI President Hossein Harsij visited HSE University and met with Rector Nikita Anisimov and staff of the HSE International Office led by Vice Rector Victoria Panova.

Fedor Shvets came to Russia from Kazakhstan, graduated from the Bachelor’s programme in Sociology and Social Informatics at HSE University in St Petersburg, and is currently studying for his Master’s degree in Population and Development at HSE University in Moscow. Two Qualifications, Projects with 18 Companies, and Studies in English
The International Bachelor's in Business and Economics opened at HSE University-St Petersburg a year ago. The programme offers English-taught studies in both economics and management at the same time. It is supported by corporate partners: VK, Gazprom, Sberbank, and others. Applied Mathematics is one of the flagship educational programmes run by the HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics. Linguatest Accepted for Credit Transfer in Bachelor's Degrees and Applications to HSE Master's and Doctoral Programmes
Linguatest is a multi-level test that assesses candidates’ level of proficiency in a foreign language, from elementary to advanced. Now, the results of the test are accepted when transferring elective subjects in English, as well as for internal and independent examinations in bachelor's degrees. The changes also affect admission to HSE master's and doctoral programmes: Linguatest is included in the list of certificates in a foreign language that can be presented when applying for master's and doctoral programmes starting from 2023.
