In December, HSE is holding Gifts of Kindness Days in the lead up to the New Year’s holiday. It’s an opportunity for HSE colleagues and students and friends of the university to bring some New Year’s cheer to those in need of help and support.

‘Heroes among Us’ Collects Money for Graduation Party for Children in Care, and a Sportsground
On June 4, 2015, the ‘Everyday Heroes’ charity fair took place in the ZIL Cultural Center, involving students involved in charitable initiatives at HSE, MGIMO, MGU, and MIFI. The idea of creating a forum for the exchange of experience in this area was developed by two of HSE’s student projects – Open Your Eyes, and ICEF Outreach.
Heroes among Us — Learn How to Be A Volunteer
Volunteering isn’t a profession it is about following your heart. If you want to help someone in need but don’t know how to begin, then come to our event at the ZIL Cultural Centre. On the 4th June, HSE student organisations are running the ‘A Hero among Us’ festival with dozens of Moscow’s student charity projects.

The children’s festival ‘Red’ recently took place place in Moscow. The event was organized by Konstantin Sedov, HSE graduate. Konstantin is founder of the ‘Hospital Clowns’ charity, which has been active since 2008.
Student Charity Work – Help Where It’s Needed
We’re not indifferent, we won’t walk past someone in trouble – that’s the motto of the student charity “ICEF Outreach”. It was set up by a group of enthusiasts at ICEF a few years ago and since then has grown to bring together dozens of people across all the faculties of HSE. Chief coordinator of the project Anastasia Fedorova, told us about their most recent activities and trips to orphanages.
